Wearing Denim on Denim (Double Denim)

- Yes ladies, you can pair denim shirts with jeans but there are some little tips to make it look flattering. It is best to pair two different washes of denim for a modern and stylish look. Generally, darker washes create a slimming effect while lighter shades of denim draw more attention to volume. So if Ure curvy below the waist (hour glass shaped, pear shaped), the  best option will be to wear light shades on top and dark shades as bottom.

Denim on White Shirts.
- one of my favorites ways to pair jeans! You can wear jeans with a white shirt tucked in for a casual date night (maybe this valentine’s, wink) or casual day at the office styled with some cool heels or sporty shoes depending on where you’re headed. You can pair also with white shirts tucked out for a casual street style vibe.

Printed or patchwork denim.
- when wearing printed or patchwork jeans, it is important that you keep the top/blouse really simple with minimal detail or print, you don’t wanna be looking too busy. Also, same applies if wearing a patchwork or art printed denim jacket, keep the jeans /pants simple.

Layering.
    - Layering with jeans is suitable for all body types if done correctly. As earlier said women with more volume on the lower half should opt for darker shades of jeans. Jeans can be paired with a nice blazer to work, tailored jacket for evening or leather jacket, pair them with nice T-shirts or camisoles. Also, high waisted jeans gives the appearance of a more curvy figure which is a great addition to layering especially for “the inverted triangle” body type and “The lean column” body type.
