winner. You can't go wrong.
3) Be geometric: Pair with similar or same shapes(check) or stripes in the opposite direction(horizontal/vertical as the case may be.
Stripes acts as neutrals; this makes it a versatile piece with quite a number of styling options. Always consider it when layering.
